Fun, healthy, delicious Food Do You Really Have It All?
Are there truly an item as food that’s fun, healthy and delicious? Many people believe that eating food that’s healthy eliminates the enjoyment of eating. Since healthy food isn’t going to taste great does it? It’s a given!
I’ve been gathering some ideas for healthy, fun delicious food items to offer to you. If you have children These are some recipes I’m sure they’ll love too. Plus, they’re all very easy to prepare:
Have you seen the “Flatout Mini” soft wraps? I love them! They’re small-sized wraps which contain fewer calories and are easy to use and extremely versatile. Try this recipe that is easy to make All you require are the wraps as well as cooking spray Mrs. Dash and Parmesan cheese. Slice each wrap in 16 pieces, and put them on a cookie sheet that has been coated in cooking spray. Sprinkle with a bit of Mrs. Dash and a pinch of Parmesan. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes or until light crispy and brown Bedouin tent restaurant.
Kabobs of fruit It’s a great alternative to the traditional platter of fruits. Choose the ones you like such as pineapple, apples or bananas and chop them into pieces. You can pop the frozen waffles or pancakes into the toaster. Then serve it with warm cinnamon and applesauce. Easy enough, isn’t it?
You can freeze some bananas, grapes, cherries, or perhaps peaches, and mix them with yogurt to make the perfect fruit smoothie.
Yogurt pops – Fill the cups with your preferred yogurt, low-fat or non-fat and add a popsicle stick to each cup. Enjoy and freeze!

As of now, I’m an absolute believer that the most important thing to have an enjoyable, healthy lifestyle is to pick nutritious foods and exercises whenever you are able to. It’s not easy to be in whether you’re trying to shed or keep weight. However, enjoying the journey is only half the struggle.
